Recycled fabric

At first I wanted to use this soft and nicely patterned material as the upholstery for the cushions of the new couch. When trying to make them, I found out the material was too easy to tear apart. It was just not strong enough to make long lasting cases for the pillows.
As I would not use the material for this purpose, I figured I could not use it for this couch. That’s why I brought it to the recycle point for textile, in this way it still will be used again.
